The Art History Department at St. Thomas will present the exhibit "Sacred Steps on the Camino Pilgrimage to Santiago" from April 14 to May 29, 2009. The artwork will be on display in the O’Shaughnessy Educational Center Lobby Gallery from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays-Saturdays and from noon to 10 p.m. Sundays. The gallery space is free and open to the public.
This exhibit portrays the experience of North American pilgrims along one of the typical pilgrimage routes to the city of Santiago de Compostela in northwest Spain. It is administered by the Spanish Embassy in Washington, D.C.
