New director of John M. Morrison Center for Entrepreneurship

The Opus College of Business welcomes David Deeds, Ph.D., Schulze Endowed Chair in Entrepreneurship, as a new faculty member and the new director of the John M. Morrison Center for Entrepreneurship. Most recently from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he was associate professor of organizations, strategy and international management, Deeds has done research in technology entrepreneurship, strategic alliances, commercialization of research, biotechnology, and research and development management.

One of the first schools in the nation to launch an Entrepreneurship program more than 18 years ago, the University of St. Thomas and the Morrison Center have continued to build on their commitment to deliver solid, values-based education.
