Voices: Gene Scapanski

Gene Scapanski"The Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas is a spiritual center of the campus.  It is essential to the Catholic nature of the university.  It is the place for public worship and private prayer on a daily basis.  It symbolizes the St. Thomas’ Catholic tradition and commitment.

The renovation to the worship space will greatly enhance the aesthetic beauty of the chapel, as well as bring back elements that are in harmony with the spirit and style of the building’s architect, Emmanuel Masqueray.  The updated sanctuary will also provide flexible space to more easily accommodate other appropriate events, such choir concerts."
