"The Center for Ethical Business Cultures is passionate about developing leaders of integrity who go on to build and sustain ethical cultures locally, nationally and globally. At CEBC we make a difference by developing and delivering public programs and leadership-development workshops in external settings that impact thousands of leaders every year.

We operate in a virtual circle, utilizing rigorous academic theory and case studies from the university, mixing them with business and industry experience at CEBC, applying them to leaders in organizational settings, and returning with "lessons learned" from board rooms and executive suites that can support the faculty in classroom settings and research.

This aligns beautifully with the mission and vision of the University of St. Thomas and its Opus College of Business, while creating a unique point of differentiation.  But we have more to do, and raising endowment funds through the Opening Doors campaign will help us on our journey."
