Meet Mohammed

Greetings,

My name is Mohammed Al Zaher and I am an international student from Saudi Arabia. I came to the United States of America in 2005. I am majoring in Accounting and Communication Studies with a minor in Journalism here at the University of St. Thomas. I am a very active person; I enjoy sports, reading, fishing, traveling, learning from nature, watching movies and meeting people. When I first came to America I had to attend ELS to learn English “ELS is an English school on the St. Paul campus.”  From time to time, I like to go back to ELS to meet the students and help them out. I also am a fun-loving person. I have a weird sense of humor and I make a lot of jokes. If you are having a bad day come see me and I guarantee to make you smile!

During the time I spent here in the University of St. Thomas, I learned how important it is to be a part of the community on campus. I work at the Office of International Student Services and it has been a pleasant experience for me. I get to meet international students from all over the world, communicate with them and most importantly learn from them. After all, I am one of you; I know what you want, how you feel and think. Nothing makes me happier than being any kind of help to you. You can already count me as your friend.
