The Reading & Study Skills Center, (651) 962-6317, located in LL14 Library (the tunnel between the O’Shaughnessy Library and the John Roach Center), is an excellent place to refer international students. They offer assistance with study skills, reading skills, time management, and test-taking strategies. They also offer tutors, and maintain the list of departmental tutors. They will identify class note-takers for students whose first language is not English, and can help those students who need extra time on tests.

They can assist students with questions on course requirements, major and minor field choices, class registration, test anxiety, student/professor conflicts, and a host of other topics. They are expert at identifying the appropriate resources to assist undergraduate students.
