Online Request: Early Move-in for On-Campus Housing
When booking your flight to the University of St. Thomas, your arrival airport/city will be the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP).You will have to go through US Customs at the Port of Entry. Please visit our office after your arrival on campus. Our office is located on the St. Paul campus in Murray-Herrick Campus Center, Room 161.
We will arrange for Airport Greeters to meet you on the following date:
- Monday, January 25, 2010 (exact times to be announced)
Airport Assistance Information
If you would like to have an Airport Greeter, you must notify us at least one week prior to your arrival.
Please inform us by filling out the Airport Request Form. We have International Mentors meet you on the baggage claim level near Carousel 4. We will also have other International Mentors on-campus take you to your residence hall. If we miss you or your flight is delayed please call (651) 962-6650 or our office cell phone which is (651) 528-3934.
At the MSP airport we will assist you in getting on the Supper Shuttle. Taxi services are also available. Both taxi's and the Supper Shuttle are accessible via the Tram Level in the Lindbergh Terminal of the MSP airport.
- Taxi from the MSP airport to the St. Paul campus costs approximately $25.
- Supper Shuttle to the St. Paul campus costs approximately $17.

Staying On-Campus
If you made arrangements to stay on the UST campus upon your arrival, direct your taxi to go to the University of St. Thomas, 2115 Summit Ave. St. Paul, MN 55116. You can pick-up your room keys at the Koch Desk in Koch Commons. The taxi can drop you off at Koch Commons which is between Dowling and Brady Residence Hall, please see attached map: http://www.stthomas.edu/campusmaps/stpaul/19.pdf
