How to send us news

Planning to graduate in December?

The list of students who are eligible to participate in the December commencement ceremony will be updated weekly and posted on the bulletin board outside the Registrar’s Office, Room 106, Aquinas Hall.

Please verify that your name appears on this list.

If your name does not appear, review your degree evaluation via Murphy Online to see if you have any "not met(s)" listed (they appear in red). If this is the case and you have not yet contacted the Registrar's Office, and you still want to participate in the ceremony, and you are eight or fewer credits away from graduation, please do the following:

  • Print your degree evaluation
  • Submit your petition in writing, requesting to participate in the ceremony (include your UST ID # and UST Mail #)
  • Drop off both documents at the Registrar's Office, Room 106, Aquinas Hall

You will receive a response to your petition within two business days.

If you need assistance in understanding your degree evaluation, please contact your faculty adviser or an academic counselor in Room 119, O'Shaughnessy Educational Center.  If you are a business major, contact a business adviser in Room 128, McNeely Hall.

Commencement details can be found on the UST Commencement Web page.
