Homecoming this Weekend!

Ready to dance? Want to dance your Tommie heart out?

Homecoming is almost here. Dress for a night of music and dancing at the STAR Homecoming Dance Saturday, Nov. 8. The general theme is "Tommie Pride."

The dance will be held from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. in Coughlan Field House.

Wristbands will go on sale at 8 a.m. Monday, Nov. 3, at the Box Office, located in the lower level of Murray-Herrick Campus Center. Students: Bring your ID. Wristbands cost $5 with UST ID and $10 for guests. Guests should bring another form of ID. Tickets will be sold all week or until sold out.

Other Homecoming Events

Saturday, November 8

5K Run/Walk
9 a.m.- Parade route on Summit Ave.
Take part in the annual Wellness Center 5K Run/Walk open to all alumni. Check-in begins at 8:30. Register online at www.stthomas.edu/wellness.

Homecoming Parade
10:30 a.m.
Summit Avenue between Snelling and Cretin avenues
Alumni and their families are invited to watch the homecoming parade along Summit Avenue.

Taste of Saints
11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Lower Quad
Come experience St. Thomas at its best! The lower quad will be alive with a tailgate atmosphere, bringing together alumni of all ages and their families, students, neighbors and friends. There will be children’s activities, food and beverages for sale to support student clubs as well as the beer garden- the perfect location to meet classmates for reminiscing.

Football Game
1 p.m.
Palmer Field at O'Shaughnessy Stadium

The bleachers will be packed with Tommies of all ages to cheer on the St. Thomas football team. Class members from the reunion classes of '68, '78, '88 and '98 are invited to watch the game from the reserved seats on the Morrison Hall patio.
