applying for OPT if you are graduating in December 2007
You must apply for OPT (Optional
Practical Training) by December 14 if you are completing a
degree in December 2007 and you want to partake in OPT.
You can find downloadable forms and information about OPT
online at
OPT Forms on our website.

Employment Issues and H-1 Visa Workshop

A local Immigration
Attorney will present employment immigration information
(H-1, Permanent Resident status, etc). If you have
specific questions, please send them to
OISS@stthomas.edu by November 2, 2007 so that we can
give them to the Immigration Attorney and your specific
questions can be researched beforehand and addressed
during the session.
