Wellness Center Award

Attention all students! This year the Wellness Center has created a Wellness Award for students. The Wellness Award was created to encourage students to work on developing a healthy lifestyle through Wellness Center programs.

To qualify for this award you need to attend 6 different Wellness Center events and programs, (Wellness House events, Yoga class, kick-boxing class, 5-K run), and complete a Personal Wellness Inventory. Any individual who meets these qualifications receives an award.

The award will be given out during the Spirit of St. Thomas ceremony. If you are interested please stop down to the Wellness Center to get your punch card, email the Wellness Center at wellnessctr@stthomas.edu, or call at 962-6128.
