Wellness Center offers meditation and a cooking class at Trotter's

Meditation
The Wellness Center is offering free meditation sessions on three Wednesdays in October: Oct. 4, 11 and 25. The sessions will take place at noon in Room 160, Murray-Herrick Campus Center. Meditation is a great way to reduce stress.

There's no need to sign up. Questions? E-mail the Wellness Center.

Cooking class at Trotter's
The Wellness Center and Trotter's Café and Bakery will host a cooking class for students from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 9, at Trotter's, 232 N. Cleveland Ave., St. Paul. All participants are asked to meet at Trotter's at 7 p.m. sharp!

The class will feature:

  • Information on how to shop healthy
  • A list of the right ingredients to buy
  • Tips for cooking healthy meals and snacks

This cooking class is open to the first 20 students and it costs only $8 per person! Purchase your tickets at the Box Office, located in the lower level of Murray-Herrick Campus Center.

The cooking class will be held at Trotter’s Café and Bakery, 232 North Cleveland Ave.
