OISS would like to welcome all new International Students! You have overcome many obstacles to join us at St. Thomas. We acknowledge the experience, opinions, and customs you bring to St. Thomas and hope that you have an opportunity to not only learn about American culture and way of life, but also to learn more about yourself and your own culture.
