OISS/MSS Graduation Reception

Dear graduating students and exchange students,

In appreciation of your hard work and the completion of your studies here at St. Thomas, the OISS staff and the Multicultural Student Services staff would like to invite you, your family and friends to a reception in your honor. 

WHAT: Graduation Reception
WHEN: Saturday, May 19, 4:00 - 6:00 pm
WHERE: Murray-Herrick, Fireside Room

Hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be provided.

 
OISS Staff Attends NAFSA Conference May 27 to June 2

There will be no walk-in immigration advising for F-1 and J-1 students/scholars during the week of May 27 to June 2 as all OISS staff (Tom Carey, Nico Moreau and Deborah Knaust) will attend the NAFSA: International Education Association Conference in Minneapolis. Please plan ahead to have your questions or immigration application completed with OISS staff before Friday, May 25 or wait until staff return to the office on Monday, June 4. Thank you!

 

 
OISS Closed for a University Holiday on May 28

OISS Announces Summer Office Hours

OISS will start summer office hours on June 4th, 2007 until the end of August. OISS will be open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm starting on June 4th.
