Payroll early cut-offs for student employees

Please note that due to the end of the academic year and the upcoming holidays there will be early deadlines for all payroll action items.

Action items subject to the early deadlines include:

  • All time sheets must be turned in or electronically submitted to your supervisors for the academic year ending Friday, May 16, before you leave campus for the summer.
  • If you will be working past May 16, you need to turn in your Student Employment Form for the summer term to the Human Resources Department prior to the first day you work in the summer term.
  • All time sheets must be received in Payroll by the deadline date or the pay period ending date if you work on Saturdays.
  • All automated time entry and time edits must be completed and submitted by the pay period ending date.
  • All direct deposit and tuition deduction forms must be turned in to the Payroll Department by the deadline date.
  • If you would like to have your checks for any of the paydays listed below mailed to a different address in the summer months, you must log in to Murphy online, Personal Information, Update Addresses and Phones and change your payroll check mailing address to the address you want your checks mailed to.

The early deadlines are highlighted below:
