OISS is hiring 2 student employees
Duties: Assist in general
office duties including,
but not limited to:
-
Answering telephone
and providing general reception
-
Data entry
-
Filing & Scanning
documents
-
Organize bulletin
boards
-
Develop program
advertisement
-
Scheduling
appointments
-
Provide basic St.
Thomas and Twin Cities information to incoming students
Qualifications:
Interest in working with
international students; experience living or studying abroad;
excellent written & oral communication skills required; excellent
organization skills & attention to detail is very important;
knowledge & experience with general office equipment, i.e. copy
machine, fax, scanner, etc. are required.
This position requires an
individual to be self-motivated and a quick learner. Experience
working independently with little supervision highly desired.
Creativity is also a key
aspect of this position. You will be expected to utilize your
creativity skills in the form of program advertisement and bulletin
board upkeep. |
