"Muhammad: Legacy of a Prophet" Documentary and Discussion

Celebrating the Life of Prophet Muhammed (PBUH)

 
On the occasion of Prophet Muhammad's Birthday (Al-Mawled Al-Nabawi), the Muslim Students Association cordially invites you to a film screening of "Muhammad: Legacy of a Prophet", a PBS documentary presenting the life and history of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and interweaving it with the current lives of American Muslims post-911. The film shall be followed by a discussion and Q&A session led by Dr. Adil Ozdemir, Professor of Theology and Middle Eastern Studies at University of St. Thomas.
 
Owing to the long running time of the documentary, the event will take place on two parts:
  • Part 1 will take place on Tuesday, April 10 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at Owens Science Hall Auditorium (OWS 150
     
  • Part 2 will be on Wednesday April 11th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the John Roach Center Auditorium (JRC 126).
Refreshments and Arabic sweets will be served.
