H-1 visa status and
Permanent Residency Thursday,
February 8
3:30-5:00 PM
MHC 155, St. Paul campus This informational
session will be lead by a local immigration attorney who specializes
in H-1 visa issues. International Students will learn more about how
and when to apply for an H-1 work visa. Also, students will get tips
about H-1 process, application fees, estimated attorney costs,
strategies, etc. Also, the different ways of obtaining Permanent
Residency will be a major topic of this presentation.
Our speaker would like students to send their questions beforehand
so she can do research and prepare before the seminar. Please send
questions to oiss@stthomas.edu
by February 1 and we will office will forward all of the
questions to her at one time.
