All F-1 and J-1 visa students will be charged the insurance fee of  $372.50 for the Spring Semester. There are very limited reasons to waive this mandatory insurance for F-1 and J-1 visa students.

Students who intend to waive this insurance must do so by February 18, 2005. For more instructions, please visit our website at http://www.stthomas.edu and click on "Health Insurance Information and Waiver Form."

Supplementary Health Insurance Information:

Intercollegiate Sports Coverage:  F-1 and J-1 students who play intercollegiate sports at St. Thomas must purchase the Intercollegiate Sports Coverage ($275 per person) during the enrollment period (before December 29, 2004) in order to have insurance coverage during intercollegiate sports games and practices starting January 1, 2005.
