Professional dinner etiquette is topic of March 2 program

Darcy Matz, an etiquette consultant, will advise students how to make a good impression when dining with a prospective employer at a professional dinner etiquette program and complimentary dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, in Room 304, Murray-Herrick Campus Center. Check-in will precede the program from 4:45 to 5 p.m.

Matz will offer tips such as making appropriate menu selections, passing items on the table and correctly handling silverware. Professional dress is required.

Seating is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Register online by Tuesday, Feb. 22.

This event is funded by Target Corp. with additional support from STAR (St. Thomas Activities and Recreation). It is co-sponsored by Delta Sigma Pi, STAR and the Career Development Center. For more information call (651) 962-6761.
