Change of Address Form

If you have changed or updated your address, please inform us by following the following set of instructions. We will use your new address to update your local address in SEVIS. 

To update your address, please use Murphy Online: Student Information System, login using your St. Thomas ID number and your PIN number.

Once you are logged in, select "Personal Information" as show below:

You will then have the option to view your addresses and to update them.

Please remember that this address must be the place where you live.  This cannot be a P.O. Box unless you live on campus, in which case, please indicate your mailbox number along with the St. Thomas address.
