12-Month Standard OPT

STEM Optional Practical Training: 6-Month Check-In Form  

During STEM OPT, F-1 students must make a validation report to OISS every six months. The validation is a confirmation that the student's name and address, employer name and address, and/or start or loss of employment are current and accurate. The report is due to the OISS within 10 business days of each 6 month reporting date.
