About Us - Felipe Jaque Pino

Hola,

My name is Felipe Jaque Pino, I been working in OISS since November 2006 as the Student Assistant. I’m originally from Chile. However I have been in the United States since 2001. I came to the University of St Thomas this past year, and I participated in GMSA (Globally Minded Student Association). I really enjoyed the experience of getting to know more internationals students, and I was elected the president of that organization for 07-08 academic year. 

My favorite sport is tennis; I love to play with my brothers and anyone else that wants a good tennis match. I also like to salsa dance. Last year most of the international students enjoyed it too, so we used to go every Friday to our “salsa night” and it was really fun.
