Feeling stressed? The Wellness Center will offer relaxation classes free to students on Tuesdays throughout the rest of the semester – until the start of finals week.
Uta Wolfe, an assistant professor in the Psychology Department, will focus on reducing stress through light exercises, guided relaxation, meditation and breathing. The classes will be held from 4:40 to 5:40 p.m. in Room 208, O’Shaughnessy Educational Center.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and feel free to bring a cushion, blanket or yoga mat.
