Wellness Center presents summer yoga on Minneapolis campus

Learn to relax your body and mind through the stretching and breathing activities of Hatha yoga, a gentle practice that provides rest and rejuvenation. Increased energy, improved flexibility, reduced stress and more restful sleep are typical benefits of Hatha yoga.

Classes will  meet from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, June 15 to Aug. 24 (no class June 29), in Room 357, Terrence Murphy Hall. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat or towel to class.

The cost is $65 for all 10 sessions, $51 for six sessions, or $10 for a drop-in session. Payment is due on the first day of class; cash or checks are accepted. Make checks payable to Nikki Baker.

At least eight people must commit in order for the instructor to begin holding sessions.

For more information or to confirm your attendance, e-mail the Wellness Center or Nikki Baker.
