The Wellness Center invites St. Thomas students, faculty and staff to submit their favorite, easy-to-make, healthy recipes to be included in a cookbook. Recipes will be reviewed by a dietitian prior to inclusion in the book.
E-mail recipes to the Wellness Center at firstname.lastname@example.org by Thursday, Jan. 13; include your name. Students are asked to also include their majors and years. Participants are invited to include brief explanations of why they chose their recipes or favorite occasions for which they would be prepared.
Students who participate will be entered into a drawing; the winner will receive a $25 gift certificate for the Whole Foods Market.
Once the recipes are compiled into the cookbook, stop by the Wellness Center to pick up a copy. The book will focus on healthy recipes, with simple ingredients, that are easy for college students with limited time and budget.
