St. Thomas has offered this program on campus for years because it has helped people lose significant weight. St. Thomas Weight Watchers meetings will be held at noon on Tuesdays, beginning Jan. 18, in Room 211, Physical Education Building, on the St. Paul campus. Weigh-in will begin at 11:30 a.m. with a meeting at noon. It’s not too late to sign up if you missed the meeting last week. The UST Healthy U Program will pay $20 of the $119 fee. Bring your checkbook to the meeting, if you haven’t paid yet. Do you know someone else who might benefit from this program? Bring them along.
