"Tom Musil, director of the Shenehon Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of St. Thomas, said that he expects expanded FHA financing and economic stimulus efforts to kick in by the third quarter of 2009, and that could have a meaningful and positive effect on the market — barring any significant calamities. Starting forwards are Lonnie Robinson (6 feet 1) and B.J. Viau (6-3). Starting center is Al McCoy (6-4).
