• "Chaska private school teacher honored," Star Tribune, Dec. 11, 2008.   "Amy Gallus of Guardian Angels School is among those receiving the 2009 Distinguished Teacher Award from the Department of Elementary Schools of the National Catholic Educational Association. Gallus, 39, of Norwood Young America, has been at Guardian Angels since 2001 and has been teaching middle school since 1994. While teaching full time, she completed her master's and education specialist's degrees at the University of St. Thomas.
