UST hosts camps, visitors this week

Welcome to St. Thomas

Please welcome the external organizations holding their summer camps and conferences on the St. Paul campus this week. They include:

  • University of St. Thomas head football coach Glenn Caruso will host the first of two June camps Monday to Wednesday on Palmer Field. The no-contact, non-pads workouts are broken down into a junior high camp (youths entering grades 6 to 8) and a youth camp (grades 3 to 5). More information is available here.

  • For the fourth year in a row, the university will host Camp Masala, an Indian heritage camp, June 12-14. Camp Masala is a weekend camp for children of Indian heritage and their families. Their goal is to facilitate their adopted children’s education about Indian culture in a fun environment. More information is available here.

  • UST will lodge members of the 2009 Ryan Collegiate All-Stars bicycle racing team June 7-13 as they participate in the Great River Energy Bicycle Festival. More information is available here.
