The official UST fall census reports are now available and can be found on the Office of Institutional Effectiveness’ (OIE) new SharePoint site; the link to the site can be found on the OIE homepage, on the right side under “Community Resources,” or by clicking here (access to the data requires a valid UST username and password). New Institutional Effectiveness SharePoint Site

The new OIE SharePoint site currently has two live subsites, the Decision Support subsite and the Institutional Research & Analysis subsite. The Decision Support site access is limited to the provost, deans, department chairs and department staff as it contains data and reports they use on a regular basis. The IR&A site contains institutional-level data and is available to UST community members with a UST username and password. The IR&A site contains census data, compliance reporting information, university facts and figures, institutional surveys, presentations and Tommie notes. This new site is still evolving and new items are being added regularly. So, if you are looking for something and are unable to find it, please let OIE know and they will be happy to assist you.

The remaining Faculty Evaluation subsite is still under construction, but when complete, will house faculty evaluation archives available to department chairs and their delegates.
