Ushers needed for graduate, undergraduate commencement ceremonies
Commencement ushers are needed for both graduate and undergraduate commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 17.
Volunteers are needed to help greet and welcome thousands of guests to the St. Thomas campus, distribute programs, seat the elderly and mobility impaired, direct people traffic, etc.
The graduate ceremony in Schoenecker Arena begins at 10 a.m. Ushers report at 8:30 a.m. The undergraduate ceremony in O’Shaughnessy Stadium begins at 2 p.m. Ushers report at 12:30 p.m.

An informational meeting for ushers will take place in early May.
