Two single-family homes for sale in the neighborhood

Here are brief descriptions of the homes:
- A turn-of-the-century, two-story home is situated on one-and-a-half lots within a block of campus. It has three bedrooms and a full bath on the upper level. It also has hardwood floors, some leaded windows, a built-in buffet, spacious kitchen, and a half bath on the lower level and a comfortable front porch. The house is very clean but needs some work.
- A five-bedroom, three-bath 3,000-square-foot converted duplex also is available. This building is undergoing remodeling so it is ripe for development options. It is located within a block of campus.
