Volunteers In Action-Tommie Outreach is looking for volunteers for its kickoff event on Saturday, Oct. 29, at Concordia Creative Learning Academy. Participants will meet at 8:15 a.m. and return about 12:30 p.m.
Located on St. Paul’s East Side, CCLA is a charter school where the students attend school six days a week. Tommie Outreach volunteers most likely will help the kids with homework or play games with them in the gymnasium – a fun way to earn service hours.
