Students to present Catholic studies master's essays Dec. 12, 13

Students in the Master of Arts in Catholic Studies program will present their master's essays at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 12 and 13, in the lower level library of Sitzmann Hall. Everyone is welcome.

The graduate student presenters and their essay titles are:

Wednesday, Dec. 12

  • Paul Jung, "20th Century Catholic Church Architecture: Evaluating Modernism and Traditionalism"
  • Tara Anderson, "Did Judge Richard Casey's Decision in National Abortion Federation v. Ashcroft Wrongfully Cooperate with Abortion?"

Thursday, Dec. 13

  • Mark Dittman, "Beyond the Baroque at Brideshead"
  • Kelly Whittier, "The Struggle for Reunion Between Orthodoxy and Catholicism in Light of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Experience: Drawing Near to the Lord"
