Seventy-five students will be inducted this month into the St. Thomas chapter of Omicron Delta Kappa, a national leadership honor society.

ODK was founded in 1914 at Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Va. It recognizes college students, faculty and staff who have demonstrated scholarship and leadership in all areas of collegiate life. St. Thomas has had an ODK chapter since 1991.

All St. Thomas ODK members were selected from students who are of junior or senior status, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.1 or higher, rank in the top 35 percent of their class, and show leadership in at least one of the following areas: scholarship, athletics, social clubs and groups, service and religious activities, student government and residence life, journalism, speech and mass media, or creative and performing arts.
