Students: Ask professors to mail final papers to your home address this summer
Campus Mail Services recommends that each student should have their final papers sent to their home address over the summer in a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
The process of closing student mailboxes will begin Monday, May 25.
Students may purchase large mailing envelopes for 30 cents at Campus Mail Services (UST's Post Office) and can follow the pricing listed here for proper postage. The rates below were determined with the new postage rate, beginning Monday, May 11, 2009.
Pricing for domestic flat mail postage:
- 9-by-12 envelopes:
- One-three sheets – 88 cents
- Four-eight sheets – $1.05
- Nine-16 sheets – $1.22
- 17-22 sheets – $1.39
- 10-by-13 envelopes:
- One-two sheets – 88 cents
- Three-seven sheets – $1.05
- Eight-14 sheets – $1.22
- 15-20 sheets – $1.39
Pricing is based on 20-pound paper with no binders or paper clips.
