Spirit of St. Thomas Community Engagement Leadership Award nominations due March 26

The Center for Intercultural Learning and Community Engagement (CILCE) will honor a full- or part-time undergraduate student as part of the Spirit of St. Thomas awards ceremony on April 21.

The award recipient also will be honored May 4 at the Community Engagement Celebration, where community members, faculty and additional students also will be honored. (More information will be forthcoming about the Community Engagement Celebration along with additional nomination forms.)

Nominees for the Community Engagement Leadership Award will have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to community engagement through exceptional personal initiative or participation in a UST program. The service must have made a significant impact on the student and those served; the nominee must not have received a CILCE award in the past.

To nominate a student, download the nomination form, complete it and submit it with a letter of recommendation by 5 p.m. Friday, March 26. Nominations can be e-mailed to cilce@stthomas.edu, campus mailed to Mail #4096, or dropped off in the CILCE office, Room 159, Murray-Herrick Campus Center.
