Luke Spehar, a 2010 St. Thomas alumnus who uses his hauntingly beautiful acoustic style and undeniable talent to communicate his experiences of God and his own faith journey, will give a concert tonight, Wednesday, Dec. 14, in O’Shaughnessy Educational Center auditorium. Tickets for the 7 p.m. concert are $5 at the door.

Spehar’s songs are filled with intricate melodies and vulnerable, soul-baring lyrics that give his concerts an intimate feeling even in a crowded concert hall. He has recorded two albums of original material, and spent several months touring the country, sharing his gift with anyone willing to listen.
