Silver Wings, Arnold Air Society Host St. Patty’s Day Party Tomorrow St. Thomas Newsroom March 10, 2011 “Top of the morning to ya” from the UST’s Silver Wings club and the Arnold Air Society club, which are sponsoring a St. Patty’s Day party tomorrow. The party will be held from 8 to 11 p.m. Friday, March 11, in the Binz. Tickets cost $7 and are on sale in the Box Office. Tickets also will be sold at the door. Enjoy delicious, all-you-can-eat snacks and some bumping jams at the party, and dress to win prizes (Sorry, no Pot of Gold!) for the best St. Patty’s Day costume. Silver Wings is a nationally recognized volunteer organization. It is committed to volunteer work on the national, state, community and university levels, as well as professional development and military awareness. The Arnold Air Society is a professional, honorary service organization advocating the support of aerospace power. Its stated goals are to create a more efficient relationship among Air Force officer candidates, in particular within AFROTC, to aid in the development of future Air Force officers, and to further the purpose, traditions, and concepts of the U.S. Air Force.
