The St. Thomas Employee Federal Credit Union will deposit $50 into the share account of the lucky person who becomes member # 2000.
The $50 prize will be awarded in honor of the 50 years (1949-1999) the St. Thomas Employee Federal Credit Union has been in existence. The significance of member # 2000 refers to the Year 2000.
Account numbers are assigned numerically and UST is very close to the lucky 2000, so if you or one of your family members has been thinking about joining the credit union, this would be a good time to do so. Joining the credit union can be done very simply by filling out a membership card and depositing $5 into a share account.
