The Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex will offer a second session of fall fitness classes starting Monday, Oct. 17. Like the first session, the second session will feature two classes per week for four weeks. In addition to Spinning, TRX, Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and  Zumba, a new class – Total Fitness – will be offered in the second session of classes.

Classes will be offered on Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday (eight classes per session). The second session of classes will run from Monday, Oct. 17 through Thursday, Nov. 10.

The cost per session is $50. Call the Box Office, (651) 962-6137, to register for a class. Register early as classes fill up fast.
