Openings remain to participate in the  second session of fall fitness classes that will be offered by the Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex starting Monday, Oct. 17.

Like the first session, the second session will feature two classes per week for four weeks. In addition to Spinning, TRX, Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and  Zumba, a new class – Total Fitness – will be offered in the second session.

Classes will be offered on Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday (eight classes per session). The second session of classes will run from Monday, Oct. 17, through Thursday, Nov. 10.

Classes are open to students, faculty and staff as well as public members of the Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex. Cost per session is $50. Call the Box Office, (651) 962-6137, to register for a class. Register early as classes often fill.
