Join faculty, students and community members for “Room at the Table: Poverty and Aging,” a dinner-and-discussion event from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23.

Hosted at several faculty homes, guests will be invited to share in a meal and dialogue about the intersection of poverty and aging. Prior knowledge, research or expertise is not required. The purpose is to share experience, knowledge, questions and ideas to stimulate thinking, conversation and action.

This event is co-sponsored by the UST-CSC School of Social Work and Catholic Charities U.S.A. Campaign to Reduce Poverty in America.
