The St. Thomas Employee Federal Credit Union is offering the Santa Special Loan again to any member in good standing who has a Beacon (Equifax credit score) of 600 or higher. The loan can be for up to $1,000 at 10 percent interest, for a term of one year. These loans will be available from Monday, Nov. 17, through Tuesday, Dec. 23. Repayment can be made by check or money order, or by use of convenient automatic payroll deduction. The payment on $1,000 at 10 percent for one year, using UST payroll deduction, will be approximately $40.50 for 26 biweekly payments.
Please note this is a “no-exception” loan; the loan will be denied if the Beacon is less than 600.
