Classroom video requests made through UST Libraries’ Media Reservation form between Tuesday, Aug. 25, and Wednesday, Sept. 2, were not received by the library system.
Changes made to form caused the failure.
Those who made requests during this time and did not receive a confirmation e-mail are asked to resubmit the form here.
