Residence Life Seeks Operations Manager Applications for 2014-15 St. Thomas Newsroom November 4, 2013 The Office of Residence Life is seeking applicants for operations manager positions for the 2014-15 academic year. Operations managers are full-time students who serve in a leadership role in the residence hall communities and hall staffs. Duties include supervision of the hall desk and/or night access staff (where applicable), on-call staff scheduling, co-advising the hall council and working in close partnership with the hall supervisor. Compensation includes room, board and a stipend. Applications and more details about the position can be found on the Residence Life website or through the Human Resources website. To be eligible for this position, students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above, maintain a full academic load during employment, and consult with Residence Life regarding outside commitments (i.e., outside employment, intercollegiate sports, or co-curricular activities). Outside commitments of more than 10 hours per week must be reviewed upon application. Application timeline Applications will be available on Monday, Nov. 4, and are due by Friday, Nov. 15. Interviews will take place Wednesday, Nov. 20, through Wednesday, Nov. 27.
