Please remember in your prayers Lily Brovald, 85, who died Monday, Oct. 8, at Highland Chateau Nursing Home in St. Paul.
Lil, as she was known, worked at St. Thomas for 19½ years at the switchboard and information center. She retired on June 1, 1990, but worked part time at St. Thomas until January 1991. Her husband, Walter, died in January 1991.
A memorial service was held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 12, at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel in Altoona, Wis.
