Feeling stressed? The Wellness Center will offer relaxation classes free to students on Tuesdays, starting today, Feb. 28.
Professor Uta Wolfe will focus on reducing stress through light exercises, guided relaxation, meditation and breathing. The classes will be held from 4:40 to 5:40 p.m. in Room 208, O’Shaughnessy Educational Center, and will run throughout spring semester with the exception of spring break and during finals.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and feel free to bring a cushion, blanket or yoga mat.
