Relax your body and mind with summer yoga
classes starting June 2 on Minneapolis campus

Learn to relax your body and mind through the gentle stretching and breathing activities of Hatha yoga. Typical benefits include increased energy, improved flexibility, reduced stress and more restful sleep. No experience is necessary.

Summer yoga classes, for students, faculty and staff will be available from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, June 2-Aug. 4, in Room 347, Terrence Murphy Hall. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring a mat or towel to class.

Cost is $65 for 10 sessions, $51 for six sessions or pay on a per-class basis for $10 each session. (Payment is due the first day of class; cash or checks will be accepted.)

At least eight people must commit in order for the instructor to begin holding the sessions. E-mail the Wellness Center or Nikki Baker with questions or to confirm your attendance.
